Vancouver’s UEL Trail Riders create awareness of horses in our community, promoting recreation and safety. Since the 1930s, horses and riders have enjoyed the trails in the University Endowment Lands (UEL), now known as Pacific Spirit Park. Pacific Spirit Park accommodates riders, bikers and pedestrians who enjoy over 50 km of forest trails right in the middle of one of Canada’s biggest cities. Along with help from various local riding, residential and wilderness groups, the UEL Trail Riders help ensure safety, accessibility and continuity in Pacific Spirit Park.
